Colchester: New appeal in traffic light crash investigation

A 51-year-old man from Woodbridge in Suffolk was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and released on police bail until August 15.
The injured man may have been out jogging and is now being treated at Queens Hospital, Romford, where his condition is described as critical but stable.
